Belong to the Beat
Community wellbeing workshop | Ages 6–12
Many young people spend their time searching for belonging — not realising they have the power to create it.
Belong to the Beat uses rhythm, drumming and movement to help young people understand what belonging actually feels like, why it matters, and how to build it in their own lives. They don't just learn about belonging — they feel it, together, in the room.
Because when we belong to ourselves, we can belong anywhere.
We come to you
The Well Wagon arrives fully equipped and ready to deliver — drums, resources and everything needed to run the session. No preparation required from your organisation.
Belong to the Beat runs as a standalone workshop, easy to fit into a school day, club program, holiday activity or community event.
Participants come away with:

Understanding of how belonging is built — and how they can create it
Practical tools for showing up as themselves in groups and friendships
Confidence to contribute, connect and find their place
