Helping parents support their kids
Sometimes, as a parent, you need some extra support to help your child navigate the tough stuff. The Well Wagon offers a safe, supportive space where children can develop wellbeing skills and positive coping strategies, in small groups, outside of school hours.
Hard Days
Not wanting to go to school.
Tears that come from nowhere.
Feelings that are big and hard to name.

Friendships
Feeling left out, or just not quite fitting in.
Not knowing how to fix a falling out.
Finding it hard to trust other kids.

Big Changes
A new school, a new neighbourhood, a new normal.
When everything feels different all at once.
Learning to find their feet again.

Worry
The what-ifs that won't switch off.
Needing reassurance again and again.
Holding back from things they used to love.
