About the event
Look for the Light
Community wellbeing workshop | Ages 6–12
When life gets hard, some kids push through alone. Others shut down. Look for the Light gives young people a third option — knowing where to find their light, and how to use it.
The Lighthouse Theory is a simple but powerful framework: just as a lighthouse stands firm through rough seas, guiding ships safely to shore, every young person has an inner light — their strengths, values, hopes and the trusted people around them — that can guide them through difficult moments. The workshop brings this theory to life through activities, reflection and discussion that make it real and memorable.
Because every young person deserves to know where to find their light and how to follow it.
