About the event
Does your child ever struggle to name what they're feeling? Find it hard to calm down, sleep well, or bounce back from a tough day?
Well Wagon's Connect to Self series gives children aged 6–12 the foundational tools to understand themselves from the inside out — in a way that's playful, practical, and genuinely fun.
Across six engaging workshops, Tuesdays from 5pm-5.45pm, commencing 28/07/26 to 1/09/26
Mindful Me — learn to quiet their mind and be present
Movement Helps — discover how their body helps regulate their mood
Feels on Wheels — build a toolkit for understanding and managing big emotions
Sleep to Power Up — explore why rest is a superpower
The Pause Project — practise the art of stopping before reacting
Art with Heart — express what words sometimes can't
Each session is hands-on, age-appropriate, and designed to build skills children will carry with them for life.
Because when kids understand themselves, everything else gets easier.
